The staffs are friendly and always with smiles. Some issues happen when I chk in ‚it's sufficiently being handled by Dede . And I extend my staying also some terms to against the policy. M happy while I stayed. The view of sunset is stunning.

It was a great stay, great hotel,the pool is big, at 10 am the music starts to play. The room is big and the bed Is so comfy. I liked my stay and will come again definitely. Breakfast is 100.000 not 50.000 as trip.com shows. For one time it's okay, but every day I would take it. Had noodles, very fried chicken, salad leaves, rice and eggs, papaya, pineapple, watermelon

Good enough room , very good price. Very good location in Seminyak near batu Belig, Petitenget, Kerobokan

The hotel is actually pretty good, But the gym is really empty and the treadmill is very old.

The hotel is looks old and dirty especially the toilet is so dirty. The shower part is just rain shower and it’s very uncomfortable. Most of the gym equipment is out of order and smells so bad. The blanket is small and old. The toilet floor, sink and toilet bowls is dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work properly and then I change to another room and still didn’t work properly. For the first time I feels itchy sleeping in the hotel. I think this hotel need some refresh and renovations. Thanks

The hotel has a great location and also it’s a calm and clean .

The stay was good, location is also good, but it's queit loud because the doors is always bamming when someone close it

Check in process was pleasant with some welcome drinks, service was great, facilities was decent with a pool and gym. We did not order any food, but there was a convenience store just opposite the hotel which was very convenient.

staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and comfortable. with pool access just right outside our door. good price for a good stay. nearby the hotel were eateries and marts not that far location was good.

Location is nice, near many restaurants, mini market right in front of the hotel. A free pass for 2pax to Atlas beach club if you stay in this hotel. Nice. But the mirror in the bathroom is a little bit dirty hehe

Always traffic jammed around there... is really hard to reach there.. staff service is excelent...
