Even though the hotel is a bit far off from shopping mall, there are amenities just next to the hotel ie convenient store, well known hair saloon and restaurant. Enjoyed staying there and enjoyed the hair saloon services. Looking forward for my next trip to Bali and will sure stay at the said hotel.

Nice stay

I choose the smoking room, but you know what? The room doesn’t have smells of cigarettes at all, i really love it.

Location wise is about 40mins or more depending on time to Kuta beach area. There is a convenience store at the lobby which has bare minimal items but good enough. The room itself is a little run down. Shower head was "splashing" outside the bath area. The minibar in the room was just room temperature, according to the staff, its only supposed to chill and not make it cold. Aircon took a long while to cool the whole room, almost over 2 hours. Lights was abit dim in the room. There's a glass panel between the room and toilet which makes it very inconvenient if the other pax needed the bathroom in middle of night and will flush lights into the room. Breakfast is acceptable. Food was on the salty end but thats also i prefer my food less salty. Service staffs were very helpful and polite. From front desk to room to coffee house. Was overall a nice and pleasant stay.

Extended my stay at the hotel as I have no choice due to the cancellation policy. But surely will not be back again to this hotel

Was good stay in the middle of the town. I am not the city center or town lover, but staying in Neo Denpasar was good. The service, facilities, and other aspects were outstanding, I enjoyed my stay here, everybody is friendly and the staff is trying to make your stay accommodating. wish that I could return someday. Was perfect for what I needed, busy street but you can't hear from inside the room I stayed for 8 nights, and it was a absolutely fantastic stay. the staff were amazing, the coffee in the mornings were made perfectly with smiling happy staff, Having the little Circle K inside the hotel was a bonus, Thankyou Neo for your outstanding hospitality
