Great hotel for plane spotting from the rooftop swimming pool area, very comfy bed, good quiet air con, 42' TV, very nice staff and very clean room

Very good hotel! It’s conveniently located close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, which was fantastic for getting an early start to the day. I stayed here for 5 days, and it was a relaxing experience. Just a heads up: you need to bring an adapter if you want to use the electrical outlets, but you can borrow one from the front desk for 50,000 rupiah, which you can get back when you return the adapter. The hotel itself is superb—clean and with a pleasant aroma throughout. Highly recommend!

We stayed with family in interconnecting rooms. Clean rooms and quiet at night. Good location as it was close to the airport and convenient for us for one night. Breakfast variety was good. Kods loved the Pancake and donuts.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with great views. The facilities are excellent. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

The check in was pretty smooth and they provide with a welcome drink which I found nice. The room are pretty big, not the most clean unfortunately. You can tell they are a bit outdated too. There is a pool on the upper floor as well as a small fitness room.

Poor cleanliness! They did not change the bedsheets ,even I complain about it has stain ,did not take any action ! Aircon was not working as well ,I did not enjoy stay here at all .

they changed the beddings everyday and refills drinking water as well. Location is convenient, near to the airport and accessible to restaurants.

Used I had transit day in Bali and needed to be close to airport, only bad thing was the ***** new year drumming that was so loud I couldn't sleep.

The location was right next to the airport, so a great location, because we arrived late and just needed somewhere to stay for a night. The staff were great, and the owl cafè was very nice!

Amazing room with a very comfy king bed. Very spacious with a sofa seat for one person and also a swivel chair and desk. They have room service available and the cafe downstairs is open until 3am. The bathroom was very clean and they provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and a hairdryer. There’s also great cupboard space with hangers and slippers are available too.

Very shabby for a 4 star hotel. Not close to anything except the airport. And it cant be walked easily. Service was shabby also. Bit disappointing

Hotel Sovereign has a convenient location right next to the airport, which makes it perfect for a quick stay before or after a flight. The service was excellent—the staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The room itself was nice and had a cozy vibe, but it did have a noticeable moldy smell, which was a bit off-putting. The hotel could definitely benefit from some renovation to freshen things up and improve the overall experience. Despite these issues, I appreciated the effort the staff put into making my stay pleasant. If they update the facilities, this would be a great option for travelers!
