First of all the hotel location is nice as it’s near the paddy field and it’s not far from main road where many cafes, restaurants and shops for convenience. The check in at the reception is straight forward but the instructions isnt clear and lack of enthusiasm from the hotel staff. Although the room is spacious, it doesn’t compensate with how dirty the floor is , the wall was moldy especially in the toilet! … the condition of the bed and sofas are stained with dirts and smells as well . stayed for 3nites, and there’s no cleaning in the morning (except for day 2) unless I requested this at the reception.. there’s no hot water for shower unless I requested this at the reception also and both instructions wasn’t convey to me during check in… Don’t consider to stay here unless you want creepy crawlies entering the room (I can still tolerate that, that’s why daily cleaning is required automatically!), house lizards droppings, guano from the bats, mosquitoes (there’s no insect repellent well at least repellant coils should be provided).

The location and staff are great. The hotel grounds are quiet and peaceful, set far back away from the noise of the main street. The room, especially the bathroom, needs to be updated. Unfortunately, the shower doesn't seem like it's ever been scrubbed. Needs a full Bleach spray down and a scrubbing pad for the shower walls and glass, along with a rubber seal for the shower door so the water doesn't flood the bathroom floor while you take a shower. You can tell that this hotel was once top-notch and very beautiful. With some bathroom renovations and some room updates, it could easily reach 3-4 stars, quite possibly even 5.

Is this 4 stars? . The door in the shower is so scary. The territory is large, there is no beautiful fishing here. There are swimming pools, but it’s better not to swim in them, believe me. The exit to the street through the room is cool, but there is such a gap there that the ants walked as if to their own home.

the hotel is a bit creepy and there is alot of insect (thats okay i guess) but there is a cockroach in the bathroom. the amenities is complete but the towel is a bit smelly and the hotel staff are friendly but the telephone are not working.

Far from main road, room quality was not good

1996年頃からウブド滞在はアグンラカです。他のホテルにもいくつか泊まりましたが、敷地の広さと抜け感、バンガローのバリらしさが絶妙です。オーナーチェンジで従業員も変わりましたが、新しいプールは素晴らしいです。朝食が昔よりとても美味しいです！時間はかかりましたがお弁当にと頼んだサンドイッチなども薄焼き*でパンと野菜を挟むなどの工夫がされていて驚きました。部屋は昔から水回りが致命的にだめです…。チェックイン前にガスをこまめにチェックしてください（言うと新しく替えてくれますが…）今回何よりがっかりしたのは、事前の部屋指定が全く通っていませんでした。ホテルに直接メールしても返信がありません。予約サイトを通しての連絡が確実と思います。ですが多くのスタッフは一生懸命がんばっていました。とても好感が持てます。一時はもう他のホテルにしようと思っていましたが、やはりこれからもアグンラカが良いです。フリーのシャトルバスの復活は昨今の交通事情から無理としてもホテル付きの車はもう少し利用しやすい金額にして欲しいです（街中よりも割高）アグンラカの立地でもセントラルになった今、中級クラスのホテルで、このゆったりとした空気感は他では味わえないと思います。

房間有發黴，浴巾不乾淨，衞生間潮濕有黴味，女性可能會覺得不舒適。最大問題是，樓房為開放式，沒有外牆，衞生間在樓下，必須在二樓卧室穿好衣服才能下樓上衞生間，無比麻煩。 除此之外，泳池很乾凈很好，餐廳較遠但環境優美。所有工作人員態度熱情。

Vue pittoresque sur les rizieres et la piscine. Personnel très chaleureux et bienveillants. Petit-déjeuner bien copieux fruits, salade, omelette, riz, poulet panés et plus encore. Chambre très spacieuse et moderne. Douche à l'italienne moderne. Des travaux de peinture en cours en pleine saison. Très proche des restaurants et salons de thé branchés

О чистоте номеров тут стараются не заботиться усердно, за 5 дней полотенца поменяли лишь по просьбе.

本來訂了五晩 住了一晚趕緊搬走了 從進房間就斷電。晚上廁所異味大，空調聲音大，床上還有蟲子咬人。第二天本來就要搬走了，前台説可以給我換房間，那我給個機會吧。結果洗澡地方堵水溢出來，來人搞了半天。下午去瀑布回酒店想沖個熱水澡，結果開了半小時沒熱水，電話給前台處理慢的要死。房間出去還要接駁車，電話給前台有個男生聽不懂英文等半天也不來。前台都沒有負責人，都是一幫小孩，除了一個女生，英文都不太行。如果你不想在烏布浪費時間和極差的體驗，千萬別來住。房間酒店設施差就不説了，價錢擺在這。趕緊連夜搬走
