Good place to retreat and short weekend getaway. Pretty secluded resort, yet easy access to big road. Spacious parking area. Friendly staffs. I stayed at their residence property, room is super spacious and well design. Amenities and toiletries available, drinking water can refill via WhatsApp (no phone) there is swimming pool on the first floor. My only concern is the door lock is a bit outdated, should’ve updated with electric card instead of traditional door lock but understandable as the door is Balinese typical door.

It was a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which made my stay comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, adding to the positive experience. However, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the washroom, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Since I was only staying for one night and was very tired, I didn’t raise a complaint and left the next day. The location wasn’t very convenient, but if you have a scooter, it’s not an issue as you can get around easily. Fixing the washroom issue would definitely make the experience even better for future guests.

Terrible service! We have booked a hotel for a trip to Ubud. But the day before, the main road to Ubud collapsed. ********************************************************************** Of course, we couldn't move into it, risking our lives to get there. Requested cancellation 2 days before check-in. At first, the hotel said that they were not in Ubud, but in Canguu, so there was no risk. We gave them the address from Google maps, and they recognized that it was the address of the hotel. But the hotel still did not refund the money for the booking, despite the transportation emergency. They only apologized for the inconvenience. This is how the hotel embezzles tourists' money without actually providing services, just because they want to.

Very DISAPPOINTING and I was cheated by this hotel. I did not stay at this hotel at all! When I checked in, the receptionist hotel named Fidel explained nervously said that the room I booked was something damaged, and gave me a room that was not the same as the room I booked. It turned out that this hotel building is in the lowlands. The hotel employee Fidel gave me a room on the lowest floor. I have a phobia of lowliness. I immediately informed that I have a phobia of lowliness, I felt short of breath. Previously Fidel said that the Hotel was full and had no other rooms but then he moved me to the 2nd floor and on that floor I still had shortness of breath and uncomfortable. He said the 3rd floor was full! The hotel should have provided clear information that this hotel building located on lowlands is NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH A PHOBIA OF LOWNESS! This hotel is very far from the crowd and gives a feeling of insecurity.

The hotel facilities are stunning, very clean and peaceful, an extraordinary environment. Room is clean and very cozy, the swimming pool area is perfect for relax. The restaurant with the views above the river is also a must visit. The service is also first class, they are very helpful with all your needs. I had a medical emergency and they helped me to find an international hospital nearby and solve all my problems. Definitely will be back to this hotel next time I go to Ubud.

A lovely stay in the rice fields of Ubud with a natural stream and swimming pool. definitely recommend this to others as well

Nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you understand why you are going - you will enjoy your vacation. Calm and beautiful. Thank you to the hotel staff for their kindness and customer-oriented.

From hotel will take 20 minutes taxi drive to central ubub. Hotel was great, room was spacious. You can only take shower in the bathtub by sitting, and there are no hairdryer.

Очень классный отель!!! Большой, красивый, ухоженный! Номера огромные, всё очень красивое и чистое (кроме сидений на диванах), правда дверь необычная)) Когда мы жили почти никого не было, бассейны всегда пустые. Супер красивая территория советуем погулять по отелю сразу же, мы это сделали перед выездом и очень пожалели, упустили безумно красивый бассейн с видом на реку и джунгли. Всем советуем - комфорт в индонезийском стиле. Можно надолго если вы снимаете байк, если своим ходом, то хотя бы приехать на пару дней насладиться отдыхом и красотой
