Belvilla Y Resort Near Central Ubud

I definitely don't recommend this place!!!!! The sink in the first room didn't drain at all, so I had to move The second room that I moved was someone who used the toilet So I had to wipe it off I've used shower gowns, and I've never had a small towel But this wasn't even a problem! I lay down to sleep and I heard a mouse gnawing at my bed I asked the hotel staff to get the mouse out, When I lay down to sleep, I heard a rat sound again In the end, the staff changed the room in an hour, but I couldn't sleep anymore because I was afraid I was scared, so I had to sleep with the lights on in my room, but there were lizards crawling on the ceiling Something unimaginable happened in a room that wasn't even outdoorsI was sick because I couldn't sleep, and it was my first day in Ubud, but my schedule was ruined I went to the staff in the morning and talked to them There are a lot of animals here, so there's nothing we can do about it I said I came to the hotel to sleep or not to sleep with animals He said he couldn't help it I couldn't sleep in fear last night, so I messed up my schedule today So I asked the employee for a refund, but he said he couldn't Rather, he was sarcastic and was very displeased that he didn't apologize properly
