It was my last night in Ubud and, as the hotel I had stayed at before was fully booked, they kindly recommended Ubud Diary Villas to me — and I’m so glad they did. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. My villa was completely new, and I was actually the very first guest to stay there. I wished I had more than one night, because it felt like my own little home, with a lovely garden, an outdoor shower bathroom, and fresh, modern, unique, yet authentically Balinese decorations. It felt so luxurious, yet beautifully connected to nature. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Ubud — and hopefully stay longer. :)

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. The place is far more stunning in person than in the photos — they truly don’t do it justice! The interiors are incredibly spacious and tastefully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry service was very fast and super convenient, and the spa experience was absolutely top-tier. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever received — the therapist was truly exceptional. The hotel is located a short drive from the city center, which is great if you’re planning to explore by car. However, it’s a bit remote for walking distance, so there’s not much to do nearby on foot. Still, if you’re looking for a peaceful and elegant retreat with fantastic service, this place is a real winner.

Everything was great in this villa specially the people who work there. The rooms were nice, clean, great breakfast, good daily service, nice pool, great TVs, great washing machine, safe villa abd no insects inside the villa but u need to make sure to close all doors and windows.

My husband and I booked this villa to stay in for our honeymoon, and we had the most comfortable stay. The staff are very friendly and professional (special thanks to Yovi and Vira who were very accommodating), the villa very clean, orderly, and also convenient location-wise (not too far via Grab). Everything met our expectations and we had a lovely time staying in Ubud Diary Villa. I highly recommend a stay there if ever you're in Ubud!

Our stay at Ubud Diary Villa was a truly serene and rejuvenating experience. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud town, this villa is surrounded by lush greenery, once a rice field, offering a peaceful escape into nature. Mornings greeted us with the soothing sounds of birds chirping as the sun rose, while nights came alive with the harmonious chorus of frogs, crickets, and geckos. The entire ambiance was tranquil, making it an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The villa itself is spacious and well-designed, featuring two comfortable bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances. A washing machine is also provided—perfect for those staying longer or needing to do laundry. Every section of the villa was clean and well-maintained, enhancing the overall comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. We highly recommend trying their in-villa spa and massage service, which was fabulous and conveniently arranged in the bedrooms with a portable massage bed. The outdoor swimming pool was another great feature—spacious and perfect for a refreshing swim throughout the day. However, as expected with an open pool, there were occasional leaves, insects, and bird feathers. On our last evening, we noticed that the pool lights were not working. The front desk responded immediately via WhatsApp and assured us that a technician would check the issue the next day. While it was our checkout day and we didn’t get to see it fixed, we hope it was resolved for the next guests. Overall, Ubud Diary Villa is a fantastic retreat for those seeking a balance between privacy and shared space. The natural surroundings, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We highly recommend it and would love to return!
