the place was so welcoming and the location is great, the facilities is super nice and the room view was amazing i totally recommend the place for future references.

The resort was absolutely amazing. If someone asked me which place I liked most in Bali, I would definitely say Metland Ubud Resort. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. They even surprised my daughter with a birthday celebration at the breakfast area—she was so happy! During dinner, I enjoyed a romantic atmosphere with live saxophone music. The resort has everything you need to relax: great massages, easy access to the pool, and a peaceful vibe. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ubud

LOVE IT ! ^^ So far this is the best stay hotel at ubud for me ! CLEAN !! that's very important for me . Price is affordable, Hotel clean, bathroom clean, I'm falling love with the amenities smells is good !!!, kind staff, good facilities, so many offer 👌 👍, for restaurant taste is average but the atmosphere and kind staff so I'm enjoyed stay at metland venya ubud. I hope this hotel always maintains cleanliness environment hotel and room, because it is very difficult to find a hotel that is as clean as this one on bali nowadays.

It was a relaxing and wonderful stay at Metland Venya. The Venya suite was huge with a balcony and a tub overlooking the valley, double sinks and a shower area. The tub, however, was challenging to lie down in as the stone material used to make it was slippery causing you to slip down into the water if you didn't somehow hold yourself up. What I really appreciated though was the smart TV and iPad in the room that allowed me to watch YouTube videos and play songs on Spotify. However, do note that the two devices are not connected and do not sync. I was also not able to sync my phone to the TV as the Bluetooth function on the TV only seemed to be able to locate the iPad in the room. The bed was also luxurious and comfortable, making me feel well rested the next morning. Amenities-wise, the pool and the view is really as good as it looks on photos and it was great that the pool was huge and could accommodate the many guests at Metland Venya such that each guest could still have their own little area without getting into each other's way. The spa, however, was under renovation at the time of my visit, to my disappointment but the shuttle service to ubud town would get you to one of the many spa places there. One of the better things about this hotel was the shuttle service provided every two hourly throughout the day till 9pm at night. Simply book a slot at the front desk and you will arrive in ubud town within 20 minutes or so. Finally, I really must commend the staff who were so friendly and welcoming, especially Terry Artha, who was kind enough to shuttle me to ubud town out of the usual timing and take me to the inclinator when I first got here. The service was great and I felt so at home because of it. Thank you to all the staff at Metland. This is one of the hotels I wouldn't mind coming back to stay again.

Amazing. Everything perfect except Breakfast needs some improvement

We had some issues when we checked in. The wrong room was advertised compared to what we received on arrival. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views. Not family friendly would definitely recommend to honeymooners and couples. The floating breakfast was amazing and pictures at their gorgeous pool

I had a lovely stay at the Horison Ume. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room is spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the canyon. Breakfast great too. As a bonus, it’s a short walk to the pyramids of chi, if you enjoy meditations and sound healing.

المكان موشح جدا ليلاً الاضاءة معدومة ولا يرتقي ابداً إلى 5 نجوم من خدمات ولا نظافة المسبح كان قذر + والغرف تقدر تشوف اعشاش العناكب وكأنه مهجورة وكانت فيه حشرات كثيره ميته بدرج المطعم يعني واضح ما يتنظف ، لا انصح فيه ابداً اخذته متوسط الليلة 750 الى 650

Шикарный отель с великолепным видом. Завтраки очень вкусные! Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный. Единственный минус: бассейн показался немного грязноват.

Остановились здесь на 4 дня для начала путешествия по Бали (и пожалели, хотелось остаться еще!). Небольшой камерный отель поодаль от центра, в сердце леса, но! ходит трансфер (багги) до центра убуда (каждые два часа туда, и обратно). Невероятно спокойно, умиротворяюще и тихо, слышно только шум от джунглей 1) Приветливый, милый персонал, готовый помочь сделать отдых незабываемым и комфортным ❤️ 2) Удобные, продуманные номера (у нас был с видом на джунгли), с отличной атмосферой и удобнейшей ванной комнатой, душевой и две раздельные раковины (огромная ванна из камня покорила сердечко). Огромный телевизор с YouTube, умная колонка Google с дисплеем, каждый день уборка. 3) Завтраки - небольшая «шведка», и много опций по меню, уже включенных в стоимость завтрака (тост с авокадо, асаи боул, яйца разных видов приготовления, банановый хлеб и много разного другого) - очень вкусно. 4) Инфинити бассейн с волшебным видом, рядом есть бар/кафе, можно что-то перекусить. 5) С помощью трансфера легко добраться до небольших храмов, спа и магазинчиков. Есть разные активности для гостей, и спа - туда не успели попасть, так как гуляли по Убуду. А еще, от отеля довольно близко рисовые террасы Тегалланг, водопад Нунгнунг (в районе 1:20 езды) и убуд манки форест в 15-20 минутах ходьбы от остановки багги. Очень милый отель, куда хочется вернуться еще ❤️

лучший из всех отелей, что останавливались на Бали: изумительный вид из окна на джунгли, бесплатные шатлы до центра Убуда, очень дружелюбный и профессиональный стафф, хорошие вкусные завтраки, самый красивый инфинити бассейн, что я когда либо видела! очень рекомендую!

Das beste Hotel in Ubud! Super freundliches Personal, SUPER Zimmer und Hammer Frühstück! Ist ein top Hotel! Können es nur weiterempfehlen und wir sind bereits zum 2 mal da und kommen wieder !!! Danke an das ganze Personal für die entspannten und super Tage . Das Hotel ist jeden Cent wert

Красивый отель с панорамным видом на джунгли, отличными сет завтраками и превосходным сервисом. Наличие спортивных тренажеров также плюс. На просьбу поменять номер (изначально предложили угловой, где пахло сыростью и отсутствовал вид) проапгрейдили в более дорогую категорию. Был инцидент с разбитым аналогом Яндекс станции, но смогли все цивилизованно решить. В общем, с удовольствием вернулись бы сюда еще.
