Short walk to beach through alley which is very dark at night, not recommended, although did not encounter any bad incident.

Spent three nights in a deluxe room with a wardrobe. It wasn't huge, but comfy and clean. Breakfast was good, rooftop pool was a plus, and it's right in the heart of Legian. It's busy, adults only, and could use a bit more of a Balinese feel. Service was great, though – I asked for better wifi and they gave me a router for the room.

Close to the beach. Plenty shops nearby but most nicer places to eat are ~1km walk away. The room itself was clean. The aircon and fridge in the room were very loud making it difficult to sleep. Nice pool on the roof with a view of the rooftops. They have their own spa and the massage was good. They could do laundry within the same day.

Enjoyed my stay at the Sven for ten nights. The rooftop pool was great to relax in on rainy days along with a friendly bar person and great service. Breakfast was a highlight with the self serve providing a wide range of foods and drinks. The location was excellent with the beach a short walk in either direction. Enjoyed the local bars and restaurant's along with the live entertainment of a night time. I found the Sven a great place to stay with easy acces to a all facilities and the beach.

Very good value for money accommodation with breakfast included. Facilities are basic but you should be able to find everything you need. Just to note that hairdryer is super weak and takes quite long to dry long hair.

I had to cancel my trip due to been sick

There is an insupportable odor/smell of humidity in the rooms. The place is far from the city center. Don’t recommend.

Overall a good stay. The room next to ours was very noisy the first three nights from 2am-5am at times with screaming and fighting which was very unsettling. That being said the hotel itself noise can be heard through from guests walking anywhere and the kitchen area in the middle. We spoke to the front desk about the disturbances in the room next to ours. The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choose from. Rooftop swimming pool and happy hour was enjoyed. Room was comfortable for the rate we paid and they supported us in adding another bedding cushion for extra support. Room cleaners did a stupendous job tidying each day. 5 minute walk to the beach through a small pathway. Families stayed here, young couples, travelers from everywhere it seemed. However the Legian area itself is very similar to Kuta… old school Aussie hangout for many families that have been coming for generations so lots of Aussie food and bars around the hotel. There’s one restaurant Sinoloa that’s a Mexican restaurant that was quite good only 3 minute walk from the hotel.

Room can be cleaner. Location is great. Service is great

Strategic location, 8 minutes walk to the legian beach thru the alley, attentive staff , their service still same while i was stay 5 years ago, No different service between domestic and international and this is a plus point for domestic tourist.

Great accommodation, nice locations, all staff are friendly. Surrounded by markets, cafes, and restaurants.

Location near stores and beach. Breakfast is quite good, however facility are standard
