You can walk, bike or golf cart ride to the Surf City pier, groceries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and so much more. Just 2 lots down is the Kenneth D. Batts Family Park that offers a playground and a basketball court. The park also has a 920 foot boardwalk that extends out over the marsh. Our beach house offers a great entertaining area for family get togethers. This open and airy home has been renovated with all new white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite, stainless steel GE appliances, beautiful LVP flooring throughout and modern comfy furniture. On the back side of the house and facing the marsh and intercostal waterway, there are 2 spacious decks the full length of the house, to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and take in the stunning sunsets and beautiful marsh views. In the short distance, you can see boats cruising up and down the Intercostal Waterway. All Marshed Up offers 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths. Bed sizes include a King, 2 Queens and a Full-Over Queen bunk bed, sleeping a total of 9 people. Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor while the 4th is located on the 1st level with an ensuite half bath. The Master bedroom, located at the end of the hall, offers a King bed, 55” flat screen TV, a private full bath and a view of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed and also a view of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway. The 3rd bedroom has a Full-Over-Queen bunk bed and shares a full bathroom in the hallway with Bedroom 2. The 3rd level offers a comfortable living and entertaining space with a gorgeous vaulted shiplap ceiling, recessed LED lighting in faux beams, ample seating with 3 couches, an 80” flat screen Smart TV with high-speed wireless internet access so you can stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. subscriptions. The dining table seats up to 8 and the kitchen counter has a raised bar top with 4 extra seating. Great for entertaining and having some quality family time. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and is complete with all major appliances and basic cooking needs. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and a regular brew coffee machine. The 3rd level also offers a half bath just off the kitchen. You will find patio seating on both the lower and upper rear decks for those amazing sunset views. Grilling is allowed, however, renter is responsible for filling propane tank if low. There is a refillable propane tank on site. Please do not remove. Please keep hot grill away from house and railing to prevent a fire.This house has a washer/dryer. This entrance has multiple stair steps to get over the dune and down to the beach.Beach Access #26:Exit the house to the right then turn right onto the sidewalk that parallels S. Topsail Dr. Walk past the undeveloped area and cross the street at the corner of Winward and S. Shore Dr. The sign for access #26 will be in front of you. There is a yellow house, "Shore Sensations," to the left of the beach access. This entrance has minimal stair steps to get to the beach. The beach wagon we provide easily moves over these steps.Additional Rules:TRASH!! The trash and recycling cans must be placed next to the mailboxes. We love sharing our favorites.Parking- Reserved, covered parking directly under unit, so you never have to walk far and your car stays cool in the shade of the carport.- Non-covered parking is unassigned and available for all guests with pass displayed.- Two parking passes are located in the unit. Your vehicles must display a pass at all times (even in the reserved spot) so please hang one in your car as soon as you check-in.- Only passenger vehicles are allowed on the property. No boats, trailers etc.Rules:A full list of House and HOA Rules are posted in the unit. It is your responsibility to review these upon arrival. Below is a summary of the main rules:- No pets (only owners can have pets per HOA rules)- No smoking- Minimum $200 fee if housekeeping finds any signs of pets or smoking.- NO PARTIES- No unapproved guests- Max 4 sleeping occupants; Max 6 people total, including guests and their visitors at any one time.- No booking on behalf of someone else. The booker must be the primary occupant for the duration of the stay.- Do not hang anything over the railing on the balcony. There is a clothesline on the balcony for you to use.- Do not jump off of balcony onto the beach. Only use stairs designated for beach access. - KEEP OFF DUNES. The dunes in front of the building on the beach are protected and vital to erosion control. The Town of Surf City will issue a fine of $500 for anyone walking on or interacting with the dunes in anyway. - Please review the cancellation policy before making reservation. - Coastal weather is unpredictable and can change quickly.
