The guest suite is located on the 2nd floor of our home and has a separate entrance for privacy. The connecting door is locked off from the main house. We occupy the other side of the home with no shared living space. Approximately ½ mile from bus stops on the Summit Stage route, Summit County’s free bus servicing the towns of Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Dillon as well as local ski areas. Taxis, Lyft & Uber available as well in the area. Two Tesla super charging stations within 2 miles of our property. Not to mention ones provided at Whole Foods Market in Frisco. This upscale residence constructed in 2015 captures breathtaking views of the Blue River Valley and surrounding mountain peaks. You can enjoy the view from your private balcony or through many large windows. Summer nights are quite cool (upper 40's to low 50's F) so air conditioning is not needed.
