And there is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.There are three levels, accessed by 3 sets of stairs. The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet and modern tiled shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds and share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.Guests will have full private access to the entire unit and 2-car garage.The backyard is not fully fenced.The best way to communicate is through the app.We have a professional property manager for after hours maintenance emergencies. You will receive the contact information upon arrival, and check-in instructions at 9am the morning of.We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee. This will be charged when you add your pet to the reservation.We do NOT allow parties or unapproved events. We are not unreasonable. We want you to enjoy your time with your friends. However, in order to keep our property safe for all guests, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unapproved events and guests. We have setup our Condo to be a home away from home for the business traveler or couple looking to get away. Many delicious dining choices within a few blocks, many bars, shops and a dine-in theater. Easily accessible from the interstate but far enough away where you can relax and sleep-in utilizing our room darkening shades. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. Just bring your clothes and enjoy what we have provided for your convenience including, bottled water, coffee, tea, fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, a crock pot, plates, cups, etc. We have excellent water pressure as well if you want to take a hot shower after a busy day and slip into one of 2 robes and slipper sets that we provide.
