Three min from New Fairfield Town Beach, 10 min from ICONS, 440 Line, Stop and Shop, fast food, delis, daycares, Quiet hours start at 10pm everyday. The maximum (including children over 5 years old) are 8 people. No day time or night time guests above the 8 person capacity. Pets under 20 lbs can be allowed with a $250 charge & with written request of owner approval. 2. Our landscaping and lawn is not dog friendly. If you are looking for a place to have your pets unleashed to roam free, this is property will not suit your habits/needs.3. Pets must be walked on the asphalt. Pets must be kept on a leash when walked and cleaned up after. No pets allowed on the lawn/landscaping to keep the lawn greenery green year round. 4. The community is in a walkable community. It is a great place for a long walk with your leashed dog. 5.
