Originally built in 1903, this estate has been totally renovated to include modern amenities with a rustic ambiance. It includes a four-bedroom carriage house with three Primary Suites as well as an attached three-story tower that used to be the farm’s original water tower. The Living Room features an impressive two-story sandstone fireplace that was fashioned around the original blacksmith's furnace and the Kitchen is fully stocked with every professional appliance. Detached from the carriage house are the Pool Cottage and Garden Studio Cottage, each equipped with a King bed, pull-out sofa, full bathrooms, and kitchen amenities. When you’re in Southern California, the real show is outside. Sea Ranch is 4 acres of lush gardens, with mature landscaping and two auto gates that keep you totally private from the outside world.
