The main floor contains a sunroom with daybed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, large dining/sitting room, gourmet kitchen, half bath, front porch for people watching, and a newly renovated fenced backyard that includes a back deck with grill and hot tub, a patio with table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs for relaxing in privacy. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and can be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs with a pair of French doors and an additional single French door. We currently have plans for converting the 1st floor bath to a full bath, the construction will not interfere with any stays and is scheduled to be complete by the end of June.Upstairs are two large bedrooms each with their own mini-split A/C, each with a king bed, large double dresser and ample storage, and a newly renovated bathroom with a tub/shower, washer, dryer, linen cabinet, vanity and water closet.Upstairs bedroom on the south side of the house has a desk, sitting area, king bed and a twin available (we keep it in the closet), there is also room in the closet to set-up a pak-n-play. The home has recently been remodeled in 2021 with new tiling in upstairs bathroom, fresh white paint and mural in kitchen, new functioning fireplace, new fire pit area out back, new fitness room with treadmill, peloton bike and new sauna.
