With a covered back porch, you can still sit out there during a light to moderate rain without getting wet! The Crow's Nest is no longer available to access. New in 2023, the Guest bath has been remodeled, and new carpet in the bedrooms! Relax on the covered back porch overlooking the canal. In the hot afternoons, there is an outdoor living space under the home complete with a sectional sofa, coffee table, chairs, and a picnic table. Inside the home offers 3 Bedrooms (all with Queen beds), a portacrib for the small ones, 2 full Baths, Well stocked kitchen with a couple of bar stools. Living and Dining rooms open with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and all bedrooms! There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand and deck seating on that level as well. For all your grilling needs, we offer a Blackstone gas griddle and charcoal grill! We do not use chemical sprays as we host families with young children and instead have bait traps in various locations on the property..
