However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about a ten-minute walk to the ocean. There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees. Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs.
