The wood burning fireplace can set the mood for relaxation or even a romantic getaway, keeping you cozy and warm on chilly evenings. Wood can be purchased at the local grocery store located very close to the condo. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances such as a double oven, new stove and hood, new refrigerator, and new dishwasher. All appliances are in a modern stainless steel. It is fully stocked with any cookware you would need to make home cooked meals. The kitchen and dining area open to each other over a bar height counter. The wooden kitchen table is there for all your family meals. An extra table by the doorway provides 2 extra seats for dining if needed. Cozy, quiet 2nd-story getaway located next to the ski area. TINY -- for only 1 person or for a couple. Modern but VERY DATED and very rustic condo among several in the building and area. Full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside medium-sized deck. NO TV SERVICES AT ALL. Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions; and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it but I drink bottled water only when I'm there.The stairway and door constitute a private entry.I will provide you with a passcode for the deadlock. It is in a condominium building with other condos and condominium buildings around. The balcony is a decent size but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's -- so there may be limited privacy out there.The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for ADULT GUESTS ONLY -- no children and pets. It can be slippery with snow and rain -- so please be careful!The condo complex no longer provides satellite TV services. The C Diamond C Ranch is a private horse and cattle ranch with spectacular views, tall pines, acres of hiking. This ranch is perfect for your boutique style destination wedding, church or corporate retreat, family reunion or just a great get away with space!! The second unit is a separate 2000 sq. ft. second story "Lodge" great room for eating, playing pool, watching movies, and enjoying the views with a wrap around deck. New in 2023 is an 80" giant ceiling fan to ensure maximum air movement in the main living area. The large dining room table and breakfast bar combined can seat up to eight people.
