There is also arcade style basketball and table tennis for entertainment.After coming in through the garage the first floor also includes a finished recreation room with an large couch and TV perfect for hanging out or movie night. There is also a full size washer and dryer on this level. You can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway, parking is not available inside the garage. Going up to second level includes 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on this level with queen size beds, both of which feature their own balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin size bunk beds. The bunk room and the south queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, while the north queen bedroom has it's own ensuite with a large bathtub. The second and third levels feature new LVP flooring. Both queen bedrooms have TV's where you can stream your favorite shows.The top level has an open great room with dining table for 8, as well as 4 bar stools. This room features view of the marina and bay and has an additional deck with outdoor seating to soak in the sun.
