Not ideal for very young children on the stairs unsupervised.Winter driving: We get 80-100 inches of snow annually. 4WD or AWD with snow chains is strongly recommended October through April. Prepare properly and it's magical, come unprepared and mountain roads are unforgiving.Studio apartment: There's a separate studio on the lowest level with its own completely independent entrance. You share only the parking area and the exterior stairs up to the main house. Cameras: Three outdoor Ring cameras at the entrances for guest safety.
