Villa Oliva has a heated swimming pool. The automatic cover of the pool is easy to use and is more efficient to keep the water warm if the pool is heated. The south-facing villa is located on the top of the private residential community of "Monte de los Almendros" overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the wonderful surroundings of the Costa Tropical with the white village of Salobreña set at the foot of the (illuminated) Moorish castle. This welcoming holiday home has three floors and offers a total of four bedrooms all suitable for double occupancy, a spacious living room with dining area, an open plan kitchen, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. The villa can accommodate up to eight people.Three of the bedrooms are located on the top floor, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). Villa Casa Tomise was built in 2013 in Andalusian style with a modern touch, such as large panoramic windows and high ceilings that ensure a light and spacious living space.The garden extends up to the coastline 100 meters below and the only sounds you can hear are the waves, birds and crickets in the evening - an unforgettable location to relax and unwind. The views are phenomenal: the Mediterranean Sea, the city of Salobreña with the mountains as a backdrop and a vast coastline.The large rooms on the ground floor open onto the terrace and overlook the hydromassage pool and the vast blue Mediterranean Sea. There is a large open plan living room with a sunken arched lounge that offers space for two large sofas, a leather armchair, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with international channels. The dining room seats up to 8 people, has a sideboard full of games and a well-stocked bookcase. The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen has a centrally located island unit with extra sink and a wood-covered breakfast bar.
