We're back and ready to host your best vacation again!The property sits on 2.5 acres above the Pacific ocean with amazing sunset views. There are 4 large bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have lofts with 2 twin beds each. We have a total of 11 beds to sleep 14-16 people. The common space is large with a chef's kitchen, seating for 18, and a lounging area with multiple couches (one with a bed) and TV. There are several private lounging spaces as well. Plenty of options for large group gatherings or reading a book in private. And then there's the pool with infinity edge overlooking the ocean.We are in the rainforest with visits from toucans, macaws, monkeys, and sloths. While the house is full of glass to maximize the views, all bedrooms have blackout blinds on all windows (motorized over sliding doors) to allow privacy and ultimate sleeping conditions.We take care of everything you need for the trip, from airport transportation, to excursions and chef meals. My home is a very comfortable and well stocked 4+ bedroom, 5 full bath home in a very private location with lots of outdoor living space and an infinity edge swimming pool. It is in the jungle overlooking the Pacific Ocean and mountains, but only 5 minutes away from Dominicalito and the beach. Nature abounds here with lots of monkeys, toucans (my favorite), frogs, exotic birds and insects throughout. You will feel like you are in a paradise. The grounds are exquisitely landscaped with lush tropical vegetation. The home has been fully renovated.The top level has extensive outdoor covered seating areas with marvelous views, as well as covered parking outside of the walled compound. The infinity pool is perched over the ocean and jungle and with new Polywood furniture and a full bathroom and outdoor shower, next to it. Indoors, this level has a large kitchen with granite counters, great views and seating for 12. When passing through the kitchen one enters a more private area with 2 very large bedrooms, one with a private full bath, one with a private deck with an incredible view, and with a full bathroom and laundry area in between. Both bedrooms on this level access an outdoor deck that gives you front row seating for the jungle. Every bedroom has air conditioning, and all living spaces have ceiling fans for your comfort.The lower level has a bedroom with oversized bunk beds, as well as a children's play room with a projector, games, as well as a futon.
