There were so many things wrong with this hotel. The "superior" triple room was a space barely larger than the beds. There was nothing superior about it. There were no toiletries, outside of the shower gel and shampoo in the shower. The towels were of poor quality. The hallways looked like it was a prison with doors to each cell. The food was not only terrible, obviously the cheapest quality of everything, but they were mislabeled with allergens, leading you to believe that foods marked as safe would be. But upon further questioning, the French fries were cooked in the same oil as fish, which was not labeled, and would have caused an anaphylactic reaction in my child. Beyond the duplicitous labeling, the food was unappetizing looking and tasted worse (gray hamburger patties, pancakes that looked anemic, palacsinta that was thick and flavorless, the ice cream was of a cheap quality). The self serve coffee machine was crawling with flies - imagine the food. For being an all inclusive resort, you had to pay for a lot of the things on offer-the coffee bar cost money, the arcade cost money, the trampoline and the blow up toy in the lake all cost money. The free ping pong table was in rough shape. The staff were at best indifferent but mostly rude and snobby. When I asked if there was a way to get to the boat harbor besides walking, the lady behind the desk was scoffing at me that I can't walk 15min. When in reality, with little kids, it's more like 15-20 each way minimum. And having to make that trip multiple times a day so that we could get a quality meal added up. The pool with the slide was awesome, except there wasn't a place to sit down. Day after day I went out there and stood for over an hour before a single bed become available. I saw families take up 4 beds with their towels and leave for lunch or the room or wherever, not giving up their beds even if no one was using them. The hotel does nothing about this.
