Golden Horn Apart Hotel

新裝修的，乾淨又大，酒店很不錯，就是找前台借轉換插頭居然想收我40當地貨幣，果斷拒絕，後來還是免費給我了，猜測是前台小弟想自己賺這個錢。

Everything was perfect! Rooms were so quiet, neat and spacious. Staff was very professional and helpful! Breakfast was perfect, everything was fresh and yhere was many choises to eat. I traveled alone and they greeted me like my family! Thanks for that great experience!

Bad service and rooms avoid if you want a pleasant stay. We came on a 5 day stay with a 7 month old baby and has horrible experience. Our room had a broken window and it was given to us anyways. The room had a lot of noise due to cars on the road. Despite requesting for 3 days consecutively the manager was not willing to change the room. They keep saying no with a straight face and not willing to give the money back for the remaining days.

I want to address my experience with Gold Horn Apart Hotel in Baku (36 Ataturk Avenue). I booked to stay at this hotel with my daughter as she attends the International Astronautical Congress 2023 in Baku using *******. On the 5th night of our stay, my daughter and I were watching TV around 12:30am and a random man unlocked our hotel room door and entered. He then closed the door as he saw we were inside and left. I went down to the hotel reception and told the staff what had happened. I requested that he call the police but he refused to do so. I then requested that he checks the security footage, which shows the unknown man entering our hotel room and leaving. Following this, I told the staff to contact this man and go to his room. The reception hotel staff was very hesitant and also had poor English. He also refused to call the police despite my multiple requests to do so. This led me going to the street and looking for a police car myself at 1am. I could not find a police car, and so, begged one of the drivers outside to call the police. Following this, the police arrived and they noted this incident and said they will investigate this. I was worried because I was going to leave the country the next day and my daughter was going to stay the remainder of the duration - 4 days at this hotel. I did not feel secure and ultimately booked another hotel for the rest of her stay. I ended up paying for another hotel and checked out of Golden Horn Apart Hotel early midway through.

Staff is very friendly. Very neat and clean. Room was also very clean. Location around property is also amazing. Good for shopping. Mall, food, metro is at 10 min walking distance.

Very good aparthotel with good area. Location next to metro station, from where you can go to city center (metro very easy to use and cheap). The least positive…. Many kitchen utensils were missing and the cleaning service only works upon request. Although, I request it for 4 times and they only clean once. The laundry service is slow and they gave me the clothes without iron them. But I paid for full service. Breakfast is very bad. Very bad English, what makes communication also very difficult.
