Great location, bustling with tourist, but room wasn’t the cleanest and had to wait a while (30min+) to get to our room even though we came after the check in period.

A wonderful hotel, with perfect service, clean, well-kept rooms, a very beautiful hotel both inside and outside, large rooms, but (!!!) the rooms are very uncomfortable, there are no shelves, hooks, hanging and nowhere to put clothes, I really hope this will be fixed, because otherwise the hotel is very good.

The hotel is great! It is situated in the centre of the city! Breakfast is fantastic. All people are really nice and friendly. I recommend this hotel for living.

nice clean hotel. slight walk to nizami street but doable. main thing is u got to go around the road from a subway and that has a lot of stairs so older people might find that troubling

From the moment I arrived and asked for an early checkin, the staff haven been flexible and very engaging. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best in relation to aesthetics, but most importantly the staff.
