The location of the hotel was very good since it was very close to metro station. The rooms were very tidy and spacious. During my stay, the room service was not up to the mark and few of the hotel staff were not polite when asked for directions to nearest landmarks.

Staff were friendly and so helpful, hotel is modern and clean. But the room lacked of amenities like coffee or team like other Ibis hotel.

Overall stay average. Location is good. Bathroom shower section has scope for improvement. Breakfast options decent

clean hotel but with a small room, location is not perfect but good (near metro station and bus stop)

They was not good as other hotels for following points: - there is no one to carry the luggages. - Extra charge has been taken as a city tax which is not mentioned in website during reservation. - they don’t have such a items in room: boiler, toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee, iron. - recaption not answering all the time.

Excellent hotel, everywhere when I need a hotel, my first option is Ibis, good price and good service. In Baku, the breakfast is so good, lot of delicious foods, the room is clean and everything works. My daughters loves the bed, softy and comfortable.

The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Location of hotel is at very good place. The metro station is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Ibis hotel. Thanks to trip.com through which we got this good hotel in cheaper rate.

With metro nearby, it was easy reach places. I did find few hairs next to the sink but nothing too bad. I forgot my phone charger there, asked about it the same they but they couldnt help me. beds are comfortable but very narrow (single)

Amazing attention to the guests ... This te is really obove standards... Not even in higher category hotels you find this... I felt they were all there to support and help... I arrived very early after a terrible long trip.. They made sure I could check in as early as possible... Same, the day after I arrived late for breakfast but still they tried to accomodate me... My congrats to the GM, there is always a good captain behind a team that works well in different sections. Excellent guys keep it up! Regards Marco
