Hôtel stuff is very rude and the hotel is far from city center

Recommend the hotel for the above-decent stay options, modern rooms with all major amenities is guaranteed. The breakfast buffet spread is very minimal and needs improvement. The hotel is located within 3-5 KMs from major attractions of Baku City. Ideal for families and groups.

Before I even arrived at the hotel our experience was good. We were given a transfer from the airport and early check-in complimentary. Once we arrived at the hotel early in the morning the staff had set up breakfast for us so we did not need to worry. The check-in process was simple and easy, all of the staff (Reception, housekeeping, concierge) were fantastic and happy to assist with any needs we had. They helped us get sim-cards to make exploring Baku easier, tell us of the local amenities and explain anything we needed to know. The reception staff in particular were always helped and happy to talk about whatever was on our mind. The room itself was great, very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked quickly and perfectly to keep us cool in the summer Baku heat. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ideal. This hotel is perfect for a stay in the city of Baku, the location is great for reaching any of the main attractions or visiting beach resorts. I can not recommend enough.
