Hotel chhuti (bakkali, 24 pargana) is an average but tourist friendly hotel. The rooms are airy and clean. The bathroom is also just okay. Ac and fan were working properly. The towels are not very clean. The bed sheets were changed twice during the 4 day stay, while the pillow covers were not changed. The staff are disciplined and well-behaved. The management also seemed ready to assist the guests in almost every need. This hotel is suitable for low budget tourists.

Room was clean and room size is also good as per twin share. But tv is not working & ac remort is also missing. We have to operate ac directly from ac switch. Complementary mineral water is not provided while check in. Complicated breakfast was excellent.

Good hotel for family stay. Well maintained. Clean & hygienic. Food was homely & tasty. Staffs are polite & cooperative.

Poor helpdesk support. No geyser in the room. No lift, had a lot of problems with families. The property got ample space but no maintenance.

Price of room is not justified. Staff didn’t seem to be aware of basic hospitality guidelines like proper housekeeping, etc. However, food is descent if you can instruct them how to cook it.

Property is good and clean. Most important behavior of staff is too good. Only one problem is little far from sea beach.

Hotel chhuti don't have the followings - 1. Very old window ac room which do not cool the room properly. Also, they don't allow you to keep the ac turned on while you are outside of the room for personal work and you want the ac to cool the room for the time. 2. Fan placed in one side of the room, another side you have to sit without fan. 3. No geyser
4. If you are interested in photography do not book this hotel. Hotel door closes at 10 pm and open at 5 am. Forget about night photography and sunrise photography. 5. Not so good food. 6. For complimentary breakfast you will have only 2 option - bread/ luchi alur torkari. 2 quarter bed per room was given for the complimentary breakfast, for the extras you have to pay extra 6. Staffs are so so, not much welcoming in nature. 7. Fooding options are very less compared to other hotels and nearby and not good in quantity and quality.
