The Town of Baileys Harbor has mandated quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and we ask that you comply with the Town’s noise and nuisance ordinances in all hours.• No smoking • No pets • We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap but you may need to buy more for longer stays. • We supply hand soap • We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. • No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per. • Controlled bonfires are allowed in the fire pit in the backyard. Fires MUST be contained within the fire ring and we advise extinguishing fires with water and replacing the lid after use.• No fires outside of the firpit in the backyard (including candles) • Trash and recycling are on the west side of the home • We supply trash bags for inside garbage• Trash/recycling is picked up on Tuesday mornings at 6am. Hi. My name is Martina. I am the owner and day to day manager of the property manager, a local company that offers five high quality, five star rated, vacation rental homes in the Baileys Harbor Area of Door County. To complete your rental you will have to sign our e agreement. I have five properties listed and if for some reason one property is not available or suitable, I may propose that you stay at one of my other properties.

The clean lines of the Empire style interior are accented by our collection of one-of-a-kind antiques from around the world. Each area has an access to the outside by way of a porch or balcony. Each room is cleverly designed to have a lake view. The queen bedrooms are off the porch and deck on the main floor and upstairs in the whirlpool area. The standard bedrooms are off the garage and upstairs in the Carousel area. 3 bathrooms are attached to bedrooms; one in the upstairs Carousel area is not. A bunk bedroom for children has on full and four single beds.You are ten minutes away from thick and lively shopping traffic on the bay side. Our lake side is known as the quiet nature sanctuary of unique wild plants and animals. The beauty and calm has drawn the most talented actors and artists to this area since the early 1900's. We have been sharing this house for the last twenty-two years.Children are delighted to play in the sand at the shallow water's edge, walk to Anclaim Beach Park, ride the wild carousel rabbit, play the unique folk toys, or other games and antique bicycles. The collection of five hundred DVDs can be viewed as the family prepares for bed.
