Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to "kiddie" pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.

So far so good. The beach is nice and beautiful. The resort is very comfortable and clean. The room is quite humid because the environment is surrounded with trees.

I really love this resort 😍 everything is superb. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Foods are delicious. Pool is big but a bit cloudy. My favourite part is the view. View is insane 😍 i got seaview and mountain view. I really love it !

Quiet resort as it was a Monday.

A newly renovated resort with excellent sea view. Private beach with white soft sand and quiet environment, sea breeze. Guests should avoid any activities under the ferocious sunlight.

We get near to the pools. Great view. Beach and mountains. Dinner good. Its brand new. So everything new. Love the bed. So comfy. I wish to extend a little bit longer next time.

The room was nice with sea view but the breakfast buffet need some improvement on that

The hotel room was clean, cosy and really great. The staff was the best and the amenities that were provided were on point. The food was ok, could be better. More room for improvement

A nice hotel for getaway and the staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Everything is good. And we got a nice view from our room. Just breakfast not much choice and all the food is cold.

Good environment and service..

The hotel environment give a feeling of privacy and higher standard than Damai Beach resort. They have special event on the 1st night of Gawai for all hotel guests which is very happening. The hotel provided toilet amenities such as shower gel and shampoo from Loccitane brand. Also there is complimentary pillow sleep which promote deep sleeps. The downside is the room is not clean. Maybe due to high occupancy and not enough time to clean thoroughly. There are spider web, dust on the glass cabinet, little cockroaches. Also, as advertise in Trip.com, they room is sea view, but I get the room with hill view (and limited ocean view)
