amazing hotel breakfast is great and employees are very accommodating near SM Baguio

Great place to stay for a short trip! Very accessible to sm mall, session road, restaurants.

No shower gel provided. No flat iron. Food is buffet but disgusting.

Stayed here one night and found it quite comical. There were 7 staff when we went for dinner but they weren’t doing anything. No one cleared our plates after dinner despite so many people - i actually had to put them on the next table! Food was quite good but didn’t stand out. There were no tables set at breakfast- we had to get everything ourselves. They could have at least put cutlery on the tables! Again - loads of staff hanging around but doing nothing. I had to ask for a tea bag - first hotel I’ve been in that didn’t have any. It was entertaining if you could manage not to get frustrated!

Overall - hotel is old, needs refurbishment. Breakfast buffet - ok, acceptable and food there - we had lunch - is reasonably priced and serving is good. Staff - restaurant, front desk, security - very good and commendable. They even have free coffee after 10pm at the front desk. Room - basic, no fridge in our room. They provide small soaps and shampoo but personally - you may need to bring your own toiletries - soap, shampoo and NO facial tissue provided. SECURITY in room is questionable because the main door lock - CAN BE OPENED. We were shocked and discovered when we came back to the hotel after a day's activity that the DOOR IS NOT LOCKED. I tried to lock and when you force open, then it can be OPENED from outside. This is also the same situation with our companion - their main door is also NOT SECURED. We have informed front desk about this and they said they will look into this. Hope their management will check this seriously.

Decent hotel w great courteous people and relatively good food that can cater to all diets. Simple hotel but very CLEAN. I'm glad they are back after the pandemic w the usual excellent service. Try their baked breads and pastries too for pasalubong.

Walking distance to SM Baguio and Session Road area. The hotel is also near Agara Ramen. If you want to roam around Baguio, you can hail a taxi anytime. The rooms show their age, but still, our stay is comfortable and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is included. The Voyager restaurant also serves reasonably-priced meals. Will definitely come back next time we visit Baguio :)
