Excellent property very well maintained. Must recommended for family leasure. Tried at many other hotels but this one is juat value for money.

The front desk is really horse and the the treatment were not at all good. For medical emergency we requested for 1 spoon of any oil for which they have declined. Pipes are leaking very badly. Toileteries aren't proper. They have restaurant which are skyrocketed cost and the taste is very bad and poor. There is no near by restaurant for us to make choice. Please try to avoid these hotel.

The location is not important, though very lonely away from any habitat. The dinner served was good. The room was large and spacious and so was the bathroom. However a lot can be improved. The pillows were too hard, no refrigerator, no glasses to drink water, no spoons to stir the tea, no coffee powder, hand towels were given only on request. The staff was very polite and courteous. However they didn't know english, hindi or even kannada. Probably because they were from mizoram. Overall the stay was ok provided the tariff was more reasonable.

I had a mixed experience at this property. While the accommodations were satisfactory, the management was uncooperative and overly focused on additional charges. We requested an early morning check-in, but the manager cited numerous issues and eventually charged us rs 1500 for a early check in (two hours. Furthermore, when we asked about ordering food and breakfast outside of the package, the manager was unhelpful and evasive. Throughout our stay, the manager consistently deferred to make my trip officials, suggesting we contact them directly to resolve any issues. I believe that a change in manager would greatly improve the property's overall experience and sales.

The property is quite good and the rooms are spacious. There is a restaurant in the adjacent building which is spacious too. However, the maintanance and service is very poor. The reception does not answer the calls from the room and i had to walk to the reception multiple times. The water in the bathroom was leaking, the fan speed could not be controlled, it was either very fast or very slow, the lint on the bedsheets were sticking to our clothes, the staff at the resort & restaurant tried to be courteous, but almost everyone appeared to be new / inexperienced.

The place is isolated and serene. Facilities are downsized, no pool or water sports. Rooms are huge but being old, fitting are problem. Taps, door closing etc needs some struggle to adapt. Food is good and best part is staying in a calm and serene place
