Awesome stay
its gr-eek theme is something we're gonna always remember. Quite attentive staff
hygienic property, they know how to keep travellers happy very much affordable with this architecture, experience, cleanliness, hospitality they don't have their own kitchen but they partnered with adjacent restaurant & 'toro toro' (which also provide breakfast dinner buffet for guest on behalf

The resort was very good and clean. Pool was kept well. Location is the best part, easy to commute to various beaches in goa. Only issue was room had dim light.

We recently booked a family vacation at this establishment. Unfortunately, we encountered challenges with the conduct of certain staff members and the front office attendant, Lucita. There is no manager at this place to talk to and it seems run by every staff. While we understand the importance of enforcing rules, we were disappointed by the manner in which our concerns were addressed. Please reconsider this destination for your future visits.

Restaurant is exorbitantly high priced. Poor food. Poor ambience. Lousy washrooms. Not as great as you see in pictures. Disappointing. Location is somewhat good, but not worth it when it comes to food.

So we decided to choose this place for my birthday, and honestly the worst choice in history. Ultimately we checked out after the first night and moved on to another hotel. Reasons why - 1. The breakfast was so poorly kept with such less options. The fruits like watermelon were kept on room temperature like never have I come across such a bad array of food choices. 2. The room was extremely poorly maintained , the floor had to be dusted after we just checked-in, how does your housekeeper inspect a room without checking basics? 3. The room was supposed to give a earthy but damaged fixed assets? What are you showing? 4. We found a rat in our room just after getting it cleaned. 5. Our AC vent was so bad, upon calling the team to check, they mentioned about a compressor or so, how do you think every guest is born an engineer to understand so much while we just had a complain about the noise coming from it? 6. The General Manager upon our checkout seemed to have a very ‘I don’t care’ vibe as he didn’t really seem like he would want to do a service recovery. Overall, would NOT recommend such a place.

The stafff behaviour is not good with their customer ***** with that hospitality is also so cheap and low classs.... They show good images on their profile and website but when we visit in reality and seen is totally different vwry disappointed not expected
