Résidence Baia Delle Mimose

After a month we returned to Mimose beach Vilage. We had such a good time. The hotel was clean, the food was excellent, the animators Mateo, Andrea, Ceci-IT and Naty and Viki-SK entertained our children and us adults.

Definitely Not 4 Stars – Very Disappointing! I really don’t understand how this place has so many positive reviews – they feel completely fake because the reality is totally different! Mimose Beach Village doesn’t deserve 4 stars at all. Reception & Check-in: The staff at reception is unfriendly and unhelpful. Check-in is ridiculously late (after 17:00!) while check-out is at 10:00 sharp, so you lose almost a full day. Beach & Location: The beach is NOT near the hotel as they claim. Plus, it’s nothing like the pictures – the sea is dirty and definitely not crystal clear. Drinks at the beach bar are NOT included and are very expensive. Food & Drinks: Calling this “All Inclusive” is a joke – it’s just full board. Drinks are limited to some cheap soft drinks and horrible wine. At the restaurant, expect to wait at least 15 minutes in line just to get food. The selection is poor, not varied at all, and the staff serving food is just as unfriendly as the reception. Facilities: There is almost no mobile signal in the area, and no Wi-Fi in the rooms – only at reception, which is ridiculous nowadays! The kids’ play area is made of plastic that gets extremely hot in the sun – absolutely not safe for children. Rooms & Bathroom: The bathroom design is the worst I’ve ever seen. The bidet is placed directly in front of the toilet, so you can’t even sit properly because your feet have no space. Who thought this was a good idea? 😳 Overall, this place is completely overpriced for what it offers. Don’t be fooled by the fake 5-star reviews – this is NOT a 4-star resort.

Amazing! Staff was great, aswell as the food which was a big variety of stuff. There was always entertainment and just overall good.

That’s a beautiful place and it was a niceful holiday. The italian animation was so good with all the activities in the morning and the afternoon, especially Vito, Clemente and Manuela. This Three people are very nice and they are very active and talkative with international guests too

We asked for a suprise for our parents and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly organising some special dessert and flowers. They even made the effort to wirte a emotional, personal letter in our name. My parents have been very happy with the superise and the hotel overall!
