For shared use: park 2 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 3 km, bakery 700 m, sandy beach "Sept Iles" 3.5 km, thermal baths "Thalazur Carnac". Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 2 km, sailing school 6 km, riding stable 4 km.
