Very well connected to the main city and centrally located hotel. Ambience is very good . Had a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and behavior of the staff is also very good. Had a beautiful hill view from the window. Food served was also very good .

It was horrific experience from the as i have booked the room for my father and in the mid of the night someone knocked the door when asked then staff told that its water bottle and he was told that he hadnt ordered, again after some time there was another knock the same instance was repeated and then he complained to the customer desk, then after some time someone tried to forcefully open the door from outside and pushed the door. My father who is a heart patient was totally feared. In the morning when my father told about the instance i reached the hotel but they were not surprised it was just like a normal instance for them and we have left the hotel instantly. We have never faced such instances in any stay.

The hotel is not what is shown to be on the mmt. Executive rooms are not what is portrayed. Warm water not available, taps are not working, keeps leaking. Door mats were not provided out of bathroom, tea bags were not available. On second day the room was not made, when i came back from office it was still the same with non made bed, dinner plates on table, bathroom not cleaned. More over hotel takes bookings of big groups, no harm taking but it’s beyond their capacity to handle, everywhere mess, noise. Overall a very bad experience. However one thing i must appreciate is that the staff is very polite and caters to your ask. Same quality they can extend to other things mentioned above. ‘done’

Hotel is very good for business travelers. I stayed there for 3 night my official purpose. Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. Service also very good .overall experience great. I suggested please visit one time if you are official visitors

Amazing experience and excellent services by the staff at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Baddi. The staff is very congenial and extremely accommodating. Clean space and surroundings.

Excellent property Very good property. A notable highlight is the very professional and friendly staff. They are always polite and eager to be helpful in any way to help provide a peaceful & friendly environment specialy Mr Sujan Singha Duty Manager . he is very polite Nd caring . For his definitely five star examples of excellent service.👍

The hotel is located just in a highway. The food was good,the staff are ver polite especially Mr. Shashikant he's very helpful. The rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Everything was perfect.
