Large wooden house with a surrounding terrace, sauna and play island, in the heart of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, ideal for hikers, toddler equipment availableThis spacious wooden house was renovated in 2015 and awaits its guests with newly designed rooms. The detached holiday home is located in the Waltersdorf district, above the spa town of Rathen. Waltersdorf is located on the plateau between Lilienstein and Polenztal and nestles in the green of the forests that reach right up to the village. An ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes in the Saxon Switzerland National Park.The house has a total living area of 212 m² and offers space for eight people on two floors. Wooden floors and walls paneled with wood create a cozy living atmosphere. Since there are no carpets, the holiday home is also ideal for allergy sufferers. All rooms are also heated in an environmentally friendly way with pellet heating. On the ground floor there is a cozy living room with an open fireplace, satellite.-TV, home entertainment, CD, DVD, Bluray player and an iPod / iPhone docking station.
