I have asked tripcom to confirm that your hotel has received the advance payment of 699.13 euros. My bank also has transaction records. It is undeniable that you did swipe twice and your transaction did not, but this fee should not be borne by me. Your hotel inexplicably charged double fees and did not admit it. I have repeatedly confirmed with tripcom and the bank, and have already investigated the transaction and the team.
