Selina bad gastein is so much more than a normal hotel, its an experience , the staff is so welcoming, the rooms are cosy,and so many activities they can provide , the amazing interior pool the sauna and the confort after a day at the slopes you feel relaxed and vigorated . I Will be Back soon !

Stunning looking, imposing building in a central location near the waterfall. Nice pool. Lockers don't lock though unless there was some procedure for getting a key we were unaware of. Unable to shower in room as attachment that holds the shower head to the upright was missing. Advised reception shortly after arrival but still on fixed when we left the next day. Overall, considering the price, the stay was disappointing.

I stayed at Selina in Bad Gastein (sadly) for only one night, but I was blown away by how incredibly lovely the hotel was. It was absolutely stunning, so nicely renovated and with really good facilities (spa, cafe/bar, cinema, communal kitchen etc). It has a really nice vibe, because it has both hotel/hostel elements which are enmeshed really well in the hotel. The staff were so so helpful, and nice! I can’t wait to go back to stay again!

We stayed as small family in Selina Bad Gastein during Christmas. They are located in a very old building which is really beautiful. Lots of classic details which we loved. Some thing where renovated on a not so nice way but luckily the old building remained for an important part. The Selina team was very nice and willing to help. Only we arrived after they just re opened and many thing didn't went smooth. You saw that the team really needed to find its way to organize things. Also it was cold the first days in our room. And we didn't had a closet. Al but all we will come back because I think the team manage to get it smoothly running

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities close to the ski area. Be aware that on weekends they host all night raves on the main floor which reverberate throughout the entire hotel until as late as 4 am. Our room was unfortunately directly above the rave room so despite the comfortable accommodations there was not much sleep to be had. Some staff was very helpful, others seemed annoyed at our presence. It was a cool hotel but I would not stay again.

We booked one night and we got a very old room, with no hot water, with a very small soap bar and 5 grams bottle of shampoo. No TV at the room, breakfast was not included.!! We complained and they sent us to another room and it was worst, no carpets on the floor. .no tiles at the entrance of the toilet.. it looks like the room was in an renovation. So we went back to out old room..and has a very cold shower at -1 ° weather!!. And all this '' pleasure'' cost us 330$. Such a nightmare!!

I came on my own to meet new people and snowboard the week before Christmas. The location was great and very easy to find, absolutely mindblowing interior design, clean cosy dorms, and very friendly staff that make you feel at home / like part of the gang straight away. From dealing with lost luggage, to going out, and even making my way to the station on the way back - someone was always there to give tips and keep me company. The biggest perk of Selina is its community - even if you arrive alone, you've met some great people by the time you leave .

Beim Eintritt in das Hotel wird man weder begrüßt noch wahrgenommen. Weiter zum einzig verfügbaren Lift für ein 4 stöckiges Hotel, Wartezeit gefühlt ewig, dann doch lieber zu Fuß in den vierten Stock in ein Zimmer das Mundl Sackbauer gut fände aber ein normaler Reisender eher schwierig findet

Trendig? Abzocke! Vintage? Abgewohnt! 3 Sterne? Wofür? Hostel statt 3* Hotel trifft es genau, Sowas hab schon lange nicht mehr gehabt. Das Stiegenhaus schmutzig, der Boden auf den Gängen kaputt. In beiden Zimmern kein warmes Wasser, Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Fotos in Tripadvisor oder ***********. Wir haben ein 4er Zimmer für Erwachsene gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Doppelzimmer und Zimmer mit Stockbetten, die für Kinder geeignet wären. Skikeller in einem Skigebiet? Diesen findet man nur, wenn man zufällig Personal trifft.
