酒店在一個小鎮裏面，沒來及欣賞小鎮風光，是個温泉SPA酒店，也沒來得及體驗SPA，有點小遺憾，價格有點小貴😄

We came here for a long weekend as a family. The hotel is close to the cross-country skiing trails and we enjoyed a long walk our first day as well. The rooms are comfortable - I particularly liked that there was a comfortable place to sit in the room. The spa facilities are very lovely. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub with the view.

Really nice place and we had a nice time there. Only thing was the spa area was kind of smaller than expected, but it was fine enough. The info at our arrival from the reception was kind of lacking but we found our way around and the settled in at our nice room. It was better than expected, and we had booked half board. The dinner was great and the staff very friendly.. Breakfast was very well assorted as well so thumbs up for the food all in all.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Spa Hotel Erzherzog Johann. Our room was very spacious and nice, as was the bathroom. We also had a nice sized balcony. We didn't realize that we had half board and received dinner each night but we thoroughly enjoyed it as it was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast was also excellent with a very large selection. We seemed to be the only English speakers staying at the hotel in this rather remote area, although most of the staff spoke English and were very nice and helpful. The indoor/outdoor pool was lovely and we took a swim everyday. The only bad experience we had and it was NOT the fault of the hotel, was on the Saturday night we were there, someone had a wedding reception right outside the hotel, which went on, with very loud techno music, until after 3 in the morning. We would highly recommend this spot!

A very nice hotel in an incredible beautiful emperor place of Styria, with the best view from your balcony. Very nice room with all the amenities, very kind employees, good but not special breakfast, not good at all the lunch snack, BUT an EXCELLENT dinner menu!!! Chef must only correct his crême brûlée. His caramel on top of it was not crispy and crunchy and strong at all. Was almost melted with the crême. The sauna, the swimming pools and spa really good.

Die beiden Spa-Bereiche sind sehr schön, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bietet einen hervorragenden Service. Halbpension würden wir nicht mehr nehmen, weil das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht (mehr) stimmt. Allerdings ist das Wirtshaus im EG zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind schön und bequem, etwas abgewohnt, aber noch in Ordnung. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.

Die Qualität des Service und der Einrichtungen waren hervorragend. Außerdem hatte ich Sachen in meinem Zimmer vergessen und das Hotelpersonal hat sie sehr professionell an meine Adresse in Wien geschickt. Mein Mann, meine 12-jährige Tochter und ich waren sehr zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

Wieder einmal habe ich mit FreundInnen den Jahreswechsel im SPA Hotel Erzherzog Johann verbracht. Mein Zimmer war wie immer sehr gemütlich, Spa und Pool liessen keine Wünsche offen. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich und bemueht, das Essen gewohnt hervorragend. Das neue Arrangement im Speisesaal - Selbstbedienung an der Kaffeebar - kommt mir persoenlich sehr entgegen, will man doch auf den Morgenkaffee nicht warten und ihn genau so haben wie man ihn sich wuenscht. Auch die neue Optik bzw. Farbgebung in der Bar finde ich sehr gelungen. Nicht zuletzt hat der rasche und unkomplizierte Transfer vom und zum Bahnhof meine An- und Abreise angenehm und das Auto ueberfluessig gemacht. Mit anderen Worten, wieder einmal ein perfekter Aufenthalt bei dem auch das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis gestimmt hat. Danke allen MitarbeiterInnen dass Sie mir und allen Gaesten den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Es hat uns irritiert, dass der Kühlschrank absolut leer war, dass auch nach dem ersten Tag kein Wasser nachgebracht wurde. Man konnte sich nicht einmal einen Tee machen. Die Bar des Hauses war von Montag - Mittwoch geschlossen. Alle anderen Leistungen waren absolut einwandfrei.

Das Schlafen war ein Traum. Keine Kreuzschmerzen, usw. Für Freunde von Fellnasen: Diese sind hier herzlich willkommen und können auch ins Restaurant mitgenommen werden. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung flink und frreundlich.
