I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Friendly and respectful staff.

All was good clean & great service

Hotel was clean and well located. Staff were excellent and very polite and friendly.  Breakfast was ok but we went down quite late 9:30 and there wasn’t a lot of choice left. The egg counter was good with the omelette and fried eggs

Went to stay overnight and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant… the breakfast was worth as well

I don't know if the hotel department has been refunded

Friendly staff,its such a nice and cozy place, very accessible to all...

The room is old and the bed sheet is a bit wet also the floor carpet inside the room is a bit moist and too dirty and looks dark because it seems not washed for a long time

The room was spacious, the breakfast spread had enough choices, the staff were all polite and courteous, the rooftop pool was great for swimming but they could have extended the timing. We loved that they have a spa and that guests get discounted rate. We had a great time and the massage was something to come back for!

the hotel has excellent quality and variety of foods to choose from, staff are friendly and accomodating, so when you come to bacolod city, L' Fisher hotel is the place to be..

The stay was good. The staff are very friendly. Scary in the room.

The staff are friendly and accommodating! The buffet is delicious and has amazing varieties. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Good booking, would definitely stay again when I'm in the city
