We didn‘t feel welcome in this camp. When we arrived there was no one to welcome us, the reception was empty. After some minutes someone arrived but it seemed that these two persons are not familiar with reception work. They asked me to fill out a form, but just a few fields. Then they accompanied us to our room. The lady explained all details of the room, every switch. She stepped everywhere with her walking-shoes, even into the shower. The room was very hot, no one had taken care to open a window etc. some time before our arrival. Then we went into the bar area to have a coffee. Two staff members were lying on the sofa streaming a movie (one of them was the real reception lady, the one who wasn’t there when we arrived). They stopped the streaming not till some more minutes. Someone else - very friendly - arrived and offered us drinks. He asked us about passports and more data he would need. I was surprised as we have been told at the reception that they have all details. The room itself urgently needs a renovation. Tent walls and ceiling had several holes and scratches. The two chairs on the balcony, especially one, had deep scratches so we thought that we would break through while sitting on the chair. Also the stairs close to bar and restaurant needs some repair, e.g. broken stairs. Overall we didn‘t like the atmosphere, old furniture, no attention to the whole location and the staff who didn’t deliver a professional service. We decided to leave the camp earlier being aware that they won’t refund us the second night (we had booked two nights but left after one day). I was quite surprised that this camp is described as a luxury location, this was maybe the case years ago.
