A Nice hotel located near Sentul Golf Court at the foot of the Mountain where you can enjoy the beauty of nature. There are various choices for food at the buffet. You can even customize your pasta and juice. It is better to avoid holidays because it's too crowded.

Good facilities, nice view. But the front ofiice was not nice. She had lack of smile and didn't have eye contact with me as a customer. The terrible thing is My room was not suitable with my order. I ordered twin bed but she gave. me double bed without confirmation when she gave me the key. After long walking while picking my baby to reach the room, and after open the door's room I just knew that I don't get the twin bed. I have to walk back , using two elevators, to front office to change the room The front office, make a call and say sorry offer me for any request but I was already upset When I did check out she (the same front office) didn't say any sorry. And also lack of words

Great..! Satisfies with all of things in this hotel. The room was big, pools also complete for all sizes..breakfast menus also, so variatif from Indonesian, asian and western foods all complete, great..!! Surely will come back again next..! Thanks for your hospitality aston sentul lake..

Highly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready. Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture. Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya. Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.

I have stayed at this hotel several times mostly during the weekend. However this time we decided to stay during weekdays and found out that the hotel was short of staff on the lake area and the gym was under renovation. My children was not able to fully explore the lake experience (boat riding, etc). My wife asking for additional mineral water but was told that it cost her extra money because we only stay for 1 night.

It was a pleasant hotel. Staff are nice and helpfull. Clean hotel, but need some maintenance on our room such as the deadbolt broken and the shower door dont have water blocker, so water goes everywhere in the bathroom while taking shower.
