This hotel is a hopeless case of con!!! The hotel is open to guests, but it is a refugee hotel I have nothing against escapes, but the hotel's standard has dropped so much that it shouldn't be open. Breakfast was only cheese and ham. No bars were open as they advertised online, nor any restaurants, they were used as a school for the escapees. Absolutely tragic management who did not understand our request, we moved out without getting any compensation for what we had paid for. People like that shouldn't be running hotels, all they're thinking about here is milking poor refugees. DONT BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It states that it’s a 4* hotel but it is most definitely a 2* hotel. Firstly, it looks completely different than in the pictures, it’s extremely outdated and old. the showers are shocking. There was rust on the shower heads, holes/cracks in the walls, calcified water stains and the water pressure is horrible!!! The soap/shampoo we received was in an open plastic bottle available to everyone who stayed in the room before us , so anything could have been put inside. The shower curtains looked stained and old too. Worst of all we didn’t get any hot water & had to shower under very cold water. The rooms are very dirty too. As we entered we could see hair strands on the floor, dust everywhere and weird stains on the walls. There is also little to no wifi in the rooms/around the hotel. the AC is very dirty and loud , we woke up with sore throats & feeling very ill due to all the dust and debris collected in there. We tried to get a refund and leave the hotel but they didn’t let us. The staff were completely unhelpful and most were rude with exception to one receptionist who tried her best to help us. Another receptionist, who we first spoke to about all the negatives, didn’t even note down our complaints or try to do anything about it. She told us she was too busy to deal with this now. The only positive was the sea view from the balcony.

The room we was allocated was very old, cupboard doors were falling off, not at all what we had seen online, so we asked to move which they had done eventually, the new room was better, more modern but the view we had paid for and the one we had got were not expected, we was looking out to the back of the road. The pool was filthy, someone had spilt a frappe in there no one cleaned this or done anything about it, the tiles at the bottom of the pool were peeling up and my daughter had cut her toe open on gravel around there that shouldn't have been. The breakfast was also such a let down, it was barley edible and the boiled egg still had the poo on the shell where they didn't bother to clean it before cooking it! This hotel definitely isn't a 4* I would say it is more of a 2-3*, unfortunately we won't be returning.
