Nice hotel, rich breakfast buffet and the gym right next to the indoor swimming pool

Great hotel in a wonderful position , the staff are really friendly and rooms are lovely . However it is over run with feral children no good for mature quests so be warned it is the parents fault not the hotel they have no control . Only 20% are English although we found some lovely friendly German couples . There really isn't enough sun beds but as we are early risers no problems but as the season progresses it will be a big problem although they are huge compared to other hotels . The food is ok ( it is what it is ) for all inclusive why do people expect 5star food when they haven't paid 5star , plenty of choice just could be hotter . Don't expect much entertainment here that was a let down especially in the evening . Over all a nice little break at a reasonable cost but don't expect to much and you will be ok . And a mention to our lovely Jet 2 rep (anthea) think that's her name who helped us out a lot .

Special mention to Laura at the entertainment team, she was so friendly and motivated me to get up and join in the Water Aerobics every morning, she always came over for a chat, so full of life.

Arrived at 23.30 on Saturday May 10th staying for 11 days with jet2 Me and my wife are still here , normally I don’t write reviews but honesty this hotel is fantastic value for Money, Super clean every where, food good , enough choice 😋, drinks are good measures and have no complaints,we are even enjoying the entertainment, magic show and the Greek dances all good Sun beds are so comfy and some are in the water Staff are all friendly and enjoy my morning chat with the lifeguard who is always smiling Our 6 th time to Cyprus and we both have already decided to book here for Sept next year 😎

We just returned home from Nelia beach hotel and I cannot fault it. We went with extended family who are older as well as my 3yo so a mix of ages. The rooms were lovely and clean, we had a seaview room which was beautiful and the ladies who cleaned the rooms each day were very friendly and did a great job. We were all inclusive and cannot fault the food. There were always a lot of options, lovely fresh meat and pasta, a kids food station and fantastic salads and desserts. The restaurant staff were very attentive and were very quick to take away used plates from the table. The snack bar by the pool was also fantastic they cook to order outside of mealtimes with options like toasties, chicken nuggets, burgers, pizza and salads. The swimming pool area was so beautiful, the sunbeds are so comfortable. There is a small kids area in the pool which is shallow. The rest of the pool is the same depth all around and has sunbeds in the pool as well as built in chairs with bubbles in one area. The sun beds around the pool do fill up quickly but there is a sundeck with more beds on the first floor overlooking the pool. The entertainment team were brilliant with adult and kids activities throughout the day. There is a small kids area where the lovely girls Ivana and Laura ran daily activities for kids including painting/drawings, ball games and a mini disco every night. My son loved the kids area as they were so attentive towards the kids. The evening adult entertainment was different every night sometimes karaoke and sometimes a performance. The beach was a short walk around the corner from the entrance to the hotel and you can reserve sunbeds at the beach in the hotel reception. You can also use your all inclusive wristbands to get drinks on the beach. It’s such a beautiful beach and so close it’s great. We will definitely return to this hotel, we all had such a lovely time!
