L’hôtel est incroyable, la chambre est très bien équipée et super propre. Les gens à l’accueil sont d’une grande gentillesse!

Trip got off to a bad start because we got placed in a room which was located right next to the road, considering that Ayia Napa is a party city cars go by all night which made us completely unable to sleep. We had to ask the receptionist to change rooms and we where luckily able to the very next day. The second room we got was lovely, large in size and had a nice balcony with a slight ocean view and a fully equipped kitchen Only thing that would put the rooms down a bit is the fact that the interior and technology is very dated, the TV is TINY and did not work, there is also a lack of sockets in the room we only had two functioning ones. The room service was however nice the floors were cleaned with water every single day! We had breakfast included in our stay and ate lunch at the hotel on two seperate occasions. The breakfast was not a buffet-style but we still got a large plate of basic items and baked goods with some variety every single day, it was good. The lunch and the drinks at the hotel where also quite lovely! The hotel is in a very central location while still being a bit secluded from the main street. The walking distance is most things is essentially 10 minutes and below. The hotel itself is relatively small, the pool is tiny but sufficient for a cooling bath and there are lots of sunbeds. You're probably not going to spend your entire day here so it is totally adequate, at least in our case. Lastly, the staff was great and memorable, everyone was polite, joyful and fun especially the ladies working the bar. Really can't complain!

Title: A Memorable Stay with Supportive Staff Our stay at this hotel was overall very good. The staff were exceptional, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you to the lady who (I sadly didn’t get her name) even gave my partner a cupcake and birthday candle on his birthday!! So lovely. The hotel's location, is near the strip, but we were more inclined to spend our time at the beautiful Nissi beach, which is a 30-minute walk away. It was 27-30c everyday in early/mid October which was great. The hotel was very quiet at this time which was great as an anxiety of mine before visiting was that it would be loud being near the strip etc but quite the obvious. I can’t speak for the summer months though. In terms of cleanliness and functionality, there were small areas of the room that needed some attention. We appreciated the hotel's gesture of providing a bottle of wine and a complimentary breakfast in response to our concerns. They also made efforts to address some of our issues. We do believe that by replacing things like curtains and blankets, the overall impression of cleanliness could be improved. We requested a room with a nice view and the hotel kindly gave us room 37, which had a lovely view from the balcony. The gym was perfect for what we needed and surprisingly modern and clean Despite some room for refinement, we want to emphasise that our stay was enjoyable, and the lovely staff truly made it special.

Another amazing holiday! This was our 3rd time staying in this hotel this time we took friends with us & had an amazing holiday. This hotel is the perfect location for any age group. We was not interested in the clubbing scene. But that is easy avoided. Loved our room in this hotel top floor room 12 with a beautiful sunset in the evening. Yes there our little bits that could do with updating such as the bathrooms and the air conditioning machine wasn’t the best & a little noisy due to the age. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels staff where always happy to help. Pool area is lovely & chilled during the day. Had an amazing holiday

Absolutely lovely hotel, good sized pool that isn’t salt water, friendly staff and large room. The air con was brilliant, the cleaners were brilliant and the bed was so comfy with fluffy pillows. Definitely a good location for going on a night out as it’s probably about a 2 minute walk to the strip if that.. it’s about 10/15 minutes to the nearest beach and surrounded by brilliant restaurants. if you wanted to be closer to the water front and dock, it is quite a walk probably 20/25 minutes but this wasn’t a problem as we’d rather walk further in the day sober than after a night out! the hotel is on a main road which can get noisy but to be honest this wasn’t an issue for us and never woke us up. would recommend to anyone!

Me and my friend booked this hotel for a pretty low price so we didn’t expect anything spectacular. But we received disappointment after disappointment the first moment we got there. We had to wait quite a while before getting our room because the receptionist told us someone was still sleeping in there, which made us uncomfortable. When we later got our room we found out you have to pay 7€/day for the AC (which we did but it was broken), and you need to have a special adapter for electronics. We looked around in the room and saw dirt on the walls, the ground and even the towels (see the pictures down below). The “cleaning” was also really bad, the only thing they did was change the the towels and make your bed. No cleaning the floors or throwing away trash. We also had a kitchen with we used, but the problem is that there wasn’t any tools to clean the dishes with and the cleaners just ignored them, so we were stuck in a room with filthy dishes because we didn’t feel like paying for materials when we expected cleaning. Also the breakfast which is continental. You get a plate and that’s what you’re stuck with. Me and my friend asked if they had something else or if we could get some more of a special thing, because there wasn’t much we liked. They answered “This is why you get”, so we ended up only eating for one of the days. But as I said before, if you want something really cheap, for example if you’re a student only looking for partying, I could recommend this, but don’t pay for the breakfast, it’s not worth it!
