Hotel is very nice and clean. Nice staff good food and drink Come back again, not to complain, restaurant and center of Aya Napa within walking distance. The beach is very nice and clean, in front of the hotel. Good start for the summer season.

Sotos cocktail was Hope you all Will try it in the main bar by the lobby. The stuf were very nice and so helpfull. The location is great, near by to everything. The rooms were nice, the pillow wasn’t the best. The only downside were that is was a very few toialets in the hotel. //Stina

Absolutely fantastic place, the service and cleanliness is exceptional here lovely beach and lovely pool also, the facilities and amenities are also fantastic. One thing I really do have to mention is how friendly all the staff are and especially Sotos he is so welcoming and his sotos special cocktails have made my holiday. We will definitely be coming back.

Very clean and modern hotel, not too far from Ayia Napa nightlife (5-10 min walk). Bar and waiter service very friendly, with a good choice of food from the buffet and the option to visit the 2 resaurants (if all inclusive). Entertainment great, with the usual water polo, vollyball, stretching/yoga, water aerobics, boules, darts.... A big shout out to animation team member Alexander!! Wi-fi great throughout the hotel and pool area. Visited mid July, no problem getting sun lounger round the pool. Gym ok for a foreign hotel. Would definately return.

I don't even know how to describe totally perfection of this place. We are impressed and full of amazing memories. Hotel is great, beach is amazing with clear water and soft sand directly next to the Melissi. Pools are lovely. A lot of beautiful plants around , makes this place special. Food is great. Each evening other special kitchen. Everyday just perfect. But... the most important part of this place are people that working there. We have never been in hotel where every single person is so friendly, helpful, always honesty smiling. All of them made our stay as perfect as possible. Our best vacation ever. Nikos, Sotos in the pool bar. We feld always welcomed... Ibrahim and Mahmoud and all waiters in restaurant. All of them are very kind and helpful. Reception is also the best. This hotel is Top of the Top and first time we want to come back to the same hotel. And I hope soon. Many thanks Melissi Beach Hotel. 110% Satisfaction. We miss you already. See you soon ;)

An amazing hotel with fabulous staff. From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble. This was the best week away I have had and my family loved it. The manager and staff made sure every detail was perfect.
