Hassle-free transfers and quick check-in. Directly opposite the beautiful Nissi Beach. Close enough to Ayia Napa to walk there, and far enough away to avoid the noise. Resort kept spotless throughout stay. Friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Great selection of food, and always something nice. Cooked meat dishes were always superb. Salad bar and fruit always on offer. Snacks and ice creams to keep our kid happy between meal times. Lovely big main pool with lots of sunbeds. Plenty of bars, including pool bars and an adults only rooftop wine bar. Kyri on the bar by the main pool was outstanding - always smiling, always friendly, and added finishing touches to cocktails. Brilliant kids club with plenty of sessions. Evening family entertainments normally good. We loved the nightly Quizstorm sessions. Jacob was a real talent - whenever he appeared at the evening entertainments, we knew it would be a great night! Modern rooms with excellent housekeeping. Definitely felt like great value for money and we would visit again and recommend to others. We would have given 5/5 but the resort was let down by one slow and unfriendly barman on the main pool bar (who never wore a name tag so we don’t know his name), and one inexperienced member of the entertainments team (though he was possibly just new and nervous). Otherwise, our stay was excellent!

WARNING!! If you're due to stay at this resort any time in the future, please read. First off, the hotel is beautiful. I can't fault the grounds, or the care that goes in to making it a beautiful place. The staff in the restaurants are lovely and polite, and the facilities are brilliant. This is the reason why it's 2 stars. Myself, my husband and our 1 year old have just got back from our 10 day holiday, and felt comfortable, safe and that it was a trust worthy place. However, on our last morning there, we have been left with an awful feeling about certain staff, and unfortunately this has tainted our holiday and left a black mark for us against this hotel. On our last full day, our room was cleaned twice (which seemed strange as they come once a day, and have done all holiday) now, this was great for us, our toddler had been climbing all over our bed and made a mess of it, so when we came back after our tea and after watching entertainment, we thought, ah brilliant, a nice fresh bed again. Until the next morning, we noticed the loose change that had been left there ALL WEEK was missing, and 60 euros that was left on the side for one night was also missing. Up until this point, we kept all cash in the safe, but we left this out due to us needing to remember it for our taxi in the morning, and not wanting to spend it whilst we were out. So we left it to one side. We went to reception who weren't much help (basically blamed us for not having it in the safe, which I do understand, however why are people e.g. the cleaners taking something from a room that isn't checked out of yet and the room was cleaned twice, meaning to me it was taken deliberately) I spoke to the on site TUI rep who helped us out massively and got it back right away for us. Apparently the cleaner who had come back in to clean a room that had already been cleaned thought it was a tip. Anyway, during all this commotion my husband told me he's noticed his watch was missing. At this point, we were due to check out and catch our flight and I didn't have time to unpack 4 suitcases and re pack them all, whilst trying to battle with a tired toddler and catch a taxi and flight home, in order to see if I'd packed it or not. I've now just unpacked everything and the watch is no where to be seen. Looking at another review on here from this hotel, it seems watches disappearing is a common theme. This deeply saddens me, as this is a 5 star status hotel, I'd like to have hoped the staff that are employed are trust worthy. EVERY single hotel I've ever been to, I very rarely use the safe because I trust people and at the end of the day, they would get caught, just like they did with the money. (quite obviously this is wrong of me, but if I choose to leave things out of a safe in the room I PAID FOR then I shouldn't need to think twice about a cleaner taking it) however, that being said, please ensure you use the safe for absolutely anything and everything (lesson learnt!) because this resort quite

Thought I had done this ages ago, but obviously not. We had a room over looking the pool, I would imagine that most of the rooms over look the pool in some shape or form the pool is absolutely massive. It was a good size room just for the two of us, it was cleaned every day without fail. The staff are very friendly, helpful and work very hard to provide a great service. The resort is across the road from Nissi beach, which can be busy, but definitely worth a visit. The food is good, and there is an adults only part for those who don't have children along. There are also bookable restaurants to go to, the food was lovely and makes for a change from the main dining area. The drinks were okay, I think they were mainly local brands (to be fair not 100% sure as I've been asleep since then, and we're not huge drinkers). There are also two shops, one connected to the hotel and one across the road, for snacks and gifts. We were really impressed with the animation team, they were absolutely brilliant in keeping the children entertained, we didn't have any with us but we definitely noticed how good they were with them. We had a lovely holiday, and we have booked to go back next year, this years was already booked when we came here and we are really looking forward to it. We love Cyprus, the people are so welcoming and friendly you really can't go wrong.

Beautiful hotel beautiful bars and restaurants and pools, tui blue team are outstanding, going to miss Monica and Olive, bar staff can’t fault or the restaurant staff, already want to return only come back yesterday, enough for the kids and adults,

We stayed here for a week in April 2025. We're a couple in our 40s but travelled as part of a much bigger group for a wedding. Firstly, the hotel, grounds, rooms are all immaculately clean and well kept. There's always a whole host of staff mopping, cleaning, weeding etc. Our room was a standard room and was well kept, decorated, and plenty big enough. All the staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for you. All very polite. Location is great. Just across the road from Nissi Beach and a 40-50min walk to the centre of aiya napa. The only negatives, food and night time atmosphere. Firstly the food. The quality was perfectly fine, but everything was slightly warm or cold. Disclaimer, we went right at the beginning of the season and the hotel wasn't busy. As the food is buffet style, I suspect the food was sat under the lights for too long. Secondly the night time atmosphere. There was a good standard of family show on at night, but this finished around 9:30 (maybe 10pm). After that, nothing. It just needed some music in the stage area or the lobby bar or something. All in all, great hotel, and will a few minor tweaks could be top notch.

We had a truly lovely stay at this hotel and would happily return. One of the absolute standout features was how spotless everything was — the cleaning team work tirelessly, and it really shows. If cleanliness is a big priority for you, then I can’t recommend this place enough. The entertainment, especially from the TUI Blue team, was fantastic. We mainly did the kids’ activities so I can’t comment on the evening shows after 9pm, but the TUI Bot Show and family disco were perfect for little ones — the joyful kind of repetition that kids just adore. Special shout out to Tove, who was incredible on stage and made a big impression. My child also loved the TUI Kids Club — the only downside was the daily queue to get in, which took around 20 minutes and ate into the 80-minute break. Hopefully something they can streamline. We also really appreciated Julia in the hotel’s activity room — she was great! Food-wise, no complaints at all. There were loads of delicious options — the sushi day was a particular treat. Plenty of fresh salads, meats, and amazing desserts, plus unlimited ice cream (which was a hit with the whole family!). If you’re able, definitely splurge on a swim-up room — not only was it a treat, but it also let us enjoy a slower morning while everyone else was out reserving sunbeds by 8am! Nissi Beach nearby is absolutely gorgeous — it genuinely felt like the Caribbean with its turquoise water and soft sand. All in all, this was a gorgeous family holiday, and we’d love to return.
