The best place from Agia Napa nice staff clean room lovely beach. I will like to come to work dear next year or if no win to do this I will come back in holiday again respect for all staf thank you❤️❤️❤️

If you choose to stay at this hotel, you’re in for an experience you’ll never forget. The atmosphere is simply perfect, and every member of the staff is exceptionally friendly. They are always polite and go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. You’ll find everything you need—both at the hotel and in the surrounding area. The pool bar creates a magical and relaxing vibe that adds something truly special to the whole experience. The only sad part about staying here is having to leave. But we promise—we’ll be back! I have to give a special mention to Gabby at the pool bar. She is an absolute gem—radiant, warm, and wholeheartedly dedicated to making sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.

Anonymous Beach Hotel may be rated as a 3-star hotel, but the service and hospitality are truly 5-star – if not more. I’ve stayed at luxury five-star resorts before, but none of them came close to the professional, kind, and heartfelt service we received here. From the hotel manager Spiros, to the wonderful waitress Sita, and the amazing Katie at the front desk – every single person made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived, we realized our room was too small for three adults. I simply took the elevator down to reception, mentioned the issue, and within two minutes we were offered a larger room – no hassle, just a smile. The food and drinks? Absolutely heavenly. The pool area is clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Evening entertainment is thoughtfully tailored to the guests, making for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve traveled a lot, and Anonymous Beach Hotel is without a doubt the coziest, most charming, and best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We’re already planning our next trip. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your warm and outstanding hospitality. If we don’t see you before then – we’ll definitely see you next summer!
