I recently stayed at the Mudzaffar Hotel in Melaka, and while the hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant carpet odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge, which was a downside for those looking to store perishables or cool drinks. These shortcomings aside, the hotel shows potential and could be a comfortable stay if these issues are addressed by the management.

Location strategic dlm kwsn bandar. Ada welcome drink. Bilik ok, bathroom nice. Toiletries pon disediakan. Bfast ok cuma turun kol 9.15 mknan byk da habis n da x top up lg. Overall recommended n akan stay lg bila dtg melaka

Overall, I can rate the stay as comfort enough, but there was some uneasy feeling because the shower in the bathroom provided not enough water pressure. Slow water tap. It caused the stay some uncomfortable feeling. The breakfast food is the same all the day during my stay, which I think should do a rotation basis, to accommodate the people whom stay longer. Overall, good job.

It was nice hotel. Rooms are good and clean. hotel staff's are helping and their hospitality was very nice. Breakfast was tasty. Plug point also alots . Tq

Really best memory stay at this hotel will repeat again next day...Alll good,room very perfect,breakfast delicous.

Front office staff is slow. At night no-one at counter. Room is clean but air-conditioning cannot be adjusted.

In term of location, it’s good. Convenient to go anywhere. Parking? Yes they provided parking at the basement but… the lift is not working!! Room? Ok spacious. But smelly carpet, pillow also. Oh not to forget the clogged sink 😩 Call once, no action. Need to call twice only then the maintenance came. Breakfast is good.

Great hotel and value for money

I stayed at Muzaffar Hotel last Saturday for my college reunion. The check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly & welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and had a spectacular view of the city. The bad side is they did not have floor mat outside the bathroom. The towels also look so bad. The hotel’s location was perfect -close to major attractions & shopping malls. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall it was a great value of money.

It was a comfortable staycation. The bathroom is large, but there were certain dirty spots found in certain areas. Bubbled spots found at the wall besides the bathroom, behind the chair due to humid conditions. They should have made the bathroom's floor have some different rise in tiles as the flat floor made it hard for the water to go through the water hole. Nonetheless, the receptionist was good in complying with personal requests from customers (I asked for levels 2 or 3 rooms, thus managed to get level 2). I had followed tips from a certain traveller/reviewer from here stated that only levels 2 and 3 are acceptable as other floors are quite *******. Never walk in the room's pathway outside at 12 a.m. Never check in at 12 a.m. Other rooms might not be suitable for families with small children. If you have any events, 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. plus, it is still acceptable to walk along the pathway (although I had already felt weird and eerie once the clock reached 11 p.m.). It was a fun experience and for people who have sensitive bodies, there were slippers to wear on the room's carpet as it felt quite itchy to step on. I had brought along my Dettol air freshener as there were reviews stating the room smelt like full with carpet odour. Though at first, the odour wasn't strong when we first came in, but I had already sprayed the dettol and the air smelt fresh again. 😂
